AR0823

The AR0823AT is an 8.3 MP Hyperlux™ CMOS image sensor featuring a 1/1.8-inch optical format, 4K (3840 × 2160) resolution at up to 60 fps, and advanced HDR with LED Flicker Mitigation (LFM). Its 2.1 μm BSI pixel architecture delivers excellent low-light performance and enables up to 150 dB dynamic range, making it ideal for automotive cameras, machine vision, intelligent transportation, and industrial imaging applications. The sensor also supports dual-output operation, ROI selection, binning, and windowing for flexible system design.

The AR0823AT Hyperlux™ 8.3 MP image sensor requires dedicated 1.8 V I/O (VDDIO), 1.0 V core (VDD), and 1.8 V/2.8 V analog (VAA) supply rails. For 5 V input designs, the power tree combines the FAN53745 1 A buck regulator with NCP114, NCP189ADJ, and NCP163 low-noise LDOs to generate the sensor supply domains. For 5 V to 18 V applications, the highly integrated NCV92310 PMIC provides all required rails and sequencing functions in a single device, simplifying power-over-coax camera designs. In 48 V industrial systems, a FAN65004C 6 A buck regulator generates an intermediate 3.2 V rail that feeds the same LDO-based architecture. Additional configurations support integration with the AP1302 Image Signal Processor (ISP) and remote camera modules over coax links. MCU-controlled sequencing ensures compliance with AR0823AT power-up and power-down requirements while maintaining low-noise operation for HDR imaging, LED flicker mitigation (LFM), and 4K video applications.
