Overview

MAX828 および MAX829 は、CMOS チャープポンプ電圧コンバータで、超小型 SOT-23 5 リードパッケージで提供されます。これらは、+1.5V ～ +5.5V の入力電圧を反転または 2 倍にします。変換効率は通常、95% を超えます。スイッチング周波数は、MAX828 で 12kHz、MAX829 で 35kHz です。外付け部品の要件は、スタンドアロンの電圧インバータ・アプリケーション用にキャパシタ 2 個 (定格 3.3μF) のみです。数個の部品を追加すれば、ポジティブ・ダブラーを構築することもできます。制御、発振器、パワー MOSFET を含むその他の回路はすべて、チップに統合されています。供給電流は、50 μA (MAX828) および 115 μA (MAX829) です。MAX828 および MAX829 は、SOT-23 5 リード表面実装パッケージで提供されます。
